How do we transfer to Cheshire Telecom?
After agreeing a suitable package and contract, our customer service manager oversees a schedule for the transfer of your business to Cheshire Telecom. At all stages this is fully managed to minimise disruption to your service.
Our team are fully experienced in managing transfers to ensure a smooth and efficient changeover. |

What Billing Options do you offer?
Cheshire Telecom Ltd & our network partners can provide bespoke billing and account management information to best suit your requirement. Full details are available as part of contract negotiations and include secure, online management facilities in real time 5 minutes.
All invoices are produced monthly and charge rentals/lease or subscriptions in advance with airtime in arrears. Where billing starts partway through a month, an invoice will be produced at the end of that month and include pro-rata charges for the previous period. |

Do you arrange Hardware Installation?
Cheshire Telecom Ltd operate a full, professional installation service for all fixed & mobile telephony including vehicle handsfree, and including data and telemetry services and VOIP systems. All engineers are trained & tested to highest industry standards.. Full installation quotations are supplied and agreed in advance of any work being undertaken. |

Do you provide Repair Facilities?
Cheshire Telecom Ltd provides a full repair facility for all equipment supplied, either in or out of standard warranty. This client focused service brings a repair and collection service to your door. A quick call to your Account Manager, or online request, and the equipment will be collected for repair. Fixed price repair is usually available, but if not a quotation will be provided prior to any repairs being undertaken. We will also advise of repairs that are not economically viable against replacement costs. Where possible a replacement unit will be provided for the repair period. |

Beginning with initial discussions and consultancy to establish your exact service requirement, then utilising leading hardware and software from specialist manufacturers, we package these with optimum airtime to produce complete end to end solutions. These range from relatively straight forward CTI projects to bespoke managed solutions suitable for companies with numerous geographical sites, or a large mobile workforce. |
